Recognising Remarkable Effort Across the Group – November 2025
As the year draws to a close, many organisations begin to slow down. At Vorenta Group the opposite seems to be true. Across our divisions people continue to show a level of dedication, precision and teamwork that speaks to the strength of our culture. November has been a month marked by quiet determination and meaningful progress, and it is with great pride that we recognise three individuals whose contributions stood out.
The Employee of the Month programme celebrates colleagues who embody our values of quality, collaboration, integrity and openness. Each of this month’s winners demonstrated these values through their actions, attitude and commitment to the work we do for industry, government and the public.
MLC Division Winner – Carl Crawford
CSO II – MLC Division
Carl impressed the MLC leadership this month with his commitment to quality and his steady, collaborative approach to work. In November he passed his sheep standardisation test with outstanding results, a success that is rare under the strict conditions of a government examination. This achievement speaks to Carl’s discipline and determination, and we are extremely proud of the standard he continues to set. His hard work strengthens both our service and our team.
Official Controls Winner – Tasleem Adedokun
Meat Hygiene Inspector – HMOC
During what should have been a routine wild game inspection, Eve showed an impressive level of attention and professional judgement. Her actions ensured that potential concerns were identified early and that appropriate steps were taken to protect food safety.
Eve’s contribution this month is a reminder of the fundamental importance of official controls, and of the difference a vigilant and dedicated OV can make. A thoroughly well-deserved recognition.
Imports & Exports Winner – Engin Adiguzel
Import Official Veterinarian
November marked Engin’s first full month working independently as a Relief Portal OV and his impact has already been significant. He stepped into the role with confidence, covering BCPs within two weeks of completing his training. Alongside his own caseload he has supported a new starter OV with practical training, demonstrating patience, technical skill and a willingness to contribute to the success of the wider team. Both the Port leadership and the Imports Management Team have praised his professionalism and the ease with which he has integrated. His early contribution has been invaluable.
A Month Defined by Dedication
Carl, Tasleem and Engin represent the very best of Vorenta Group. Their work this month reminded us that excellence does not depend on timing or circumstance. Even as the year’s pressures build they continue to show initiative, accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility. Their efforts strengthen our organisation and inspire those around them.
We are proud to celebrate their achievements and grateful for the example they set across all our divisions.
