Celebrating Excellence Across the Vorenta Group – October 2025

Each month, we shine a light on colleagues whose actions embody the spirit of the Vorenta Group. October has been a particularly busy period across all divisions, and once again our people have shown remarkable commitment, flexibility, and professionalism.

This month’s three winners reflect what makes our organisation special: stepping up when it matters, safeguarding the integrity of our work, and delivering outstanding service to those we support.

MLC Division Winner – David Todd

CSO I – MLC Division

David stood out this month for one simple reason: when the pressure was on, he didn’t hesitate. In the middle of a challenging period, he rearranged his own plans to ensure that customer requirements were fully met, keeping operations running smoothly and supporting his team without fuss.

His willingness to put the business first at a crucial moment demonstrates both reliability and genuine team spirit — qualities that are deeply valued across MLC.

🏆 Official Controls Winner – Eve Stockton

Official Veterinarian – HMOC

During what should have been a routine wild game inspection, Eve showed an impressive level of attention and professional judgement. Her actions ensured that potential concerns were identified early and that appropriate steps were taken to protect food safety.

Eve’s contribution this month is a reminder of the fundamental importance of official controls, and of the difference a vigilant and dedicated OV can make. A thoroughly well-deserved recognition.

Raul’s commitment to quality service did not go unnoticed — especially by the customer who took the time to write a glowing commendation about his work. His meticulous approach, reliability, and genuine care for the customer experience reflect brilliantly not only on himself, but on all of us.

When someone outside the organisation feels compelled to praise our work, it speaks volumes about his professionalism.
